The reason for this is that no one is actually taking this as seriously as individual countries as they should. Tall talks on global warming and environment fronts and pledged are not enough. You must have the will to start cleaning from your own house.

Yes, Uchia, exactly my point. And more than talking about it and looking at who is better or worse...its just easier and sensible to do something about it.
